For starters, I'm male (notionally) and was stupidly given Spironolactone with Furosemide for fluid retention from liver disease. So you have more free Testosterone than me mostly (my levels shift around from 0 to male minimum). The effects were frightening and rapid at 100mg per day and I discontinued quickly but the damage was done (6 weeks?). It has taken 6 years to get to the point where my body hair is just starting to grow back, fortunately, my beard only ever slowed down for about 6 months and my eyebrows would be the envy of some women.
Given that it is basically a pill that is full of estrogen analogs and precursors and you should see the effects within a month. Some breast tenderness might be the first signs that it is working for you.
All the best for your upcoming wedding.
No really, you can stop with your thanks for my time anytime now...
