I am on 100 mg of spironolactone for hair loss and I am noticing bulges of fat in places I've never had them before! My thighs are oddly shaped and my face is swollen like a balloon! Anyone else have this happen?
Does spironolactone cause weight gain?

You'll want to speak to your physician about whether or not spironolactone is the culprit here or not. For some women, anti-androgens do cause weight gain, yes. I see this not only with spironolactone but also other antiandrogens. There are mny causes of weight gain and you'll want to consider having a thorough review by your doctor.
