Taking them all at different times I would say trazodone worked best at doses of 100 mg or more
I've also took remeron along with the trazodone.
Thank you everyone, for answering my question. I called my doctor yesterday. Because of my complex medical history, my doctor told me to take 15mg restoril, 75 mg trazodone, and 15 mg remeron. This is temporary until I taper down more on remeron while increasing the trazodone, and then discontinuing the restoril. I was worried about taking this combination of drugs, but it gave me 6 straight hours of sleep last night!! The night before I had 0 hours.
Which one would work best for you depends a lot on your health history and current condition, this, and the interactions between these and again, other unique conditions known to your Dr would influence the best answer for you, best to consult with your Dr to see 1., if any of these are appropriate for you and 2., the other questions you have about these meds for you.
I have to say trazodone. It works really good for sleep. Restoril works at first but its a benzo and can be addicting and it can also require more and more to work. I doubt you'd need anything else with the trazodone.
