I was on another SSRIs, Lexapro (escitalopram) for a year and had sexual side effects once I discontinued the antidepressant it took about 2 to 3 weeks for everything to be fine. Bare in mind that everyone reacts differently to medications, it may take a shorter or longer period of time for you.
The half life of Sertraline is 24 to 32 hours and for Lexapro is 27 to 32 hours.
I believe I answered the opposite of what you asked, thinking you meant how long does it take for sexual side effects to wear off once the drug is stopped, if such is the case, well, I answered your question.
If you are asking if the sexual side effects wear off once your system has absorbed the antidepressant, that is a whole different story.
As I mentioned I was on a very similar antidepressant, both belong to the same drug class SSRIs (selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors).
In my case the sexual side effects lasted the entire year I was on the med and that was the main reason I stopped taking it, and as I previously mentioned everyone reacts differently to medications, benefits, risk, potential side effects, interactions, etc..
