I had unprotected sex the day my period ended (no blood) It was only for a few minutes and he pulled out but said he wasn't close to ejaculation. But after so much paranoia and research I found out about pre-cum. I took Plan B one step about 2 days later (48-50 hours) After 7 days after taking it I noticed brown-blood like on my underwear. But gradually turned into regular blood and heavy bleeding at that. It only lasted 2-3 days. I am still very worried about this bleeding. Is it my period? Does it mean I'm not pregnant? Please give as much detail.
Had sex day after period. Took Plan B and bled a week after again?

I too have a problem please help. I had unprotected sex and five hours later I started bleeding. I assumed it was menstruation because it was supposed to come around dat time. I then took morning after pill because I felt like I might get pregnant. My problem now is that I am still menstruating heavily and this is my 9th day. Wat is wrong with me??

I have had protected sex then that same day have gotten my period. I am assuming that your period is longer because of your regular period and on top of that the Plan B "period".

You're period will probably be late because its another side effect of plan B. You can't depend on plan B for birth control on a regular basis. Do yourself a favor and get on some birth control. The bleeding you had is a side effect and does not mean that the pill worked and you aren't pregnant. And remember, any time a naked penis enters they can make you pregnant. It isn't a bargaining of it was only a few min or he did'nt finish. He takes 1 min to leave one sperm and that's all it takes for pregnancy.

No, you are not pregnant. The bleeding 7 days after taking the plan b one step was the shedding of your uterine lining that the plan b is designed to do. Your regular period should pick up in the next month. DO NOT HAVE UNPROTECTED SEX until your know when your regular menstrual cycle is! Are you on ANY contraceptive whatsoever? It takes two to tango, so insist that any guy you have sex with use a condom, no matter what HE, YOU, OR YOU BODIES WANT TO DO. As you know know, precum contains sperm, so take this deserved scare to heart. Tony

Thank you so much, I know thats still deserving. My cycle typically is about 29-30 days and most of the time on point so far. I bleed for typically 6-7 days. On the day of that sex it was the last day so no bleeding. So since my "plan b period" was from the 29th of June to like July 2nd. Should i just recount 30 days from there? Or should i get it at the expected time?

I honestly don't know. Your body has to reset and no one can really predict that. The plan b shedded your uterus as if it was your period. I get the feeling you are dealing with this with other friends, not your Mom or a obgyn, and you aren't on a birth control pill or use an IUD. So just let your body reset, keep tampons on you 24/7, and all will be fine in the next 30 days if not sooner! Keep the faith - Tony

No, just keep track of your period as it should be, then you will know if its late and how much. It will most likely be late since that's a side effect of it. The bleeding you had wasn't a period it was break thru bleeding. Many women don't have it but the pill has still worked.

Hi, i had unprotected sex last saturday and took the pill the very next day. Within a week of waiting i had my period and noticed that my blood color is different. Does it mean that the pill worked, and that im not pregnant? Thank you

Hi ,I have unprotected sex June 8th 16 and I took a plan b pill ,I always due in the 2nd every months a few weeks red blood came out ,and pink another few days so now I'm in July 11 th still no period should I be worried

I had my period November 26- November 30. I took plan b December 6. I bled 7 days after taking plan b. So that means it worked right? But if that does not count as a period it is already January 14th and I never got my period for December then. What does that mean?

Hi, I literally went through the same exact thing except we used a condom but broke at some point. He pulled out when he went, but we were concerned about precum. I took the plan b pill for this first time and the exact thing is happening to me like it did you. Did everything turn out ok? Did you get your regular period?
