I have lost my appetite and have been on sertraline 50 mg for 8 weeks, going up to 100 mg today. Wondered is anyone’s experiences more loss of appetite with increased meds?

Side effects generally resolve after a few weeks but they can sometimes recur after a dosage increase. You're doubling your dose and your metabolism may have to adjust.
Has your loss of appetite persisted for the full 8 weeks? If so, you should report it to your doctor for professional advice.
