I’m on Zoloft and would like to switch to Sam-e. I’m having to many side effects with Zoloft. My question is, does Sam-e really work for anxiety? Anyone here switch from Zoloft or any other antidepressants to Sam-e and really work for you? Thanks

I took it for a while and it did nothing for me, well, as you know everyone reacts differently to medications, perhaps it will work for you, have to try.
