Hi There,
I take 20mg of Lexapro a day as well as 10mg of flexeril twice a day as needed. I can tell you I have taken the flexeril at different times of the day after having already taken my lexapro.
Sometimes immediately following and other times it’s been as many as 10 hours later and regardless of the number of hours In between the two medications I have never had any issues.
I have taken both meds for several years (15+) never having had any problems with these other then dry mouth.
I hope this help you.
Hi, Crankin!
This is the report from the Interaction Checker here on Drugs.com:

If your doctor prescribed both medications it's probably because they feel the benefits outweigh the risk of the rare but serious condition. Acquaint your self with the symptoms as the disorder is very treatable in the early stages.
