I can't take any pain medications that are controlled substances, as I am easily addicted to them. I deal with migraines and chronic pain.

I've taken them together, because my doctor prescribed both. However, everyone is different, so I would ask your PCP. If you do decide to take them together, do it in the daytime while you have a friend close by, just in case. I see where you have migraines. I've had them my whole life. I got my Daith pierced a couple weeks ago, and so far, it has done wonders! It may be something you might try. Good luck!
Hello there, i just read you comment and went to check what was the Daith piercing, because it’s the first time i hear about it and i found exactly what you’re saying IT WORKS WONDERS for migraine and God knows how i am suffering with this thing but i wanted to ask if you don’t mind, do you know what kind of migraine does this piercing works for? Do you use it for a certain type of migraine or it works for all kinds of migraines?! And do you know what causes your migraine?!
Thank you for your help and God bless you .
Hi 3fan4life. Yes, you can take Tramadol and Flexeril together - I'm on the same thing it works well together. I have chronic back problems due to sciatica.
Good luck.

Tramadol is an analgesic pain reliever. It does not stop muscles from spasming. You can take Flexeril with the tramadol. Flexeril is a muscle relaxant. You may feel groggy so don't do anything requiring concentration or coordination like driving while taking this combo until you see how it affects you. By the way, as you can not just stop taking the tramadol abruptly without experiencing withdrawal symptoms, some people say it is addictive.
Have you tried Soma? It seems to work better for me than Flexeral.
Thank you very much for taking the time to respond to my inquiry. Your knowledge and advice is greatly appreciated
