After my 3rd month, my blood glucose level suddenly became elevated (105) and after the 4th month, my Triglyceride level, which was never previously out of range, shot up to 165, which is high. I am skeptical that this is mere coincidence and wonder if anyone else has experienced this with Repatha. (BTW, I was put on injectable Repatha because my liver values became seriously elevated while taking atorvastatin.) My LDL, HDL and overall Cholesterol look good, except for this issue with my glucose and triglycerides. Would appreciate feedback from anyone else who may have experienced this issue with Repatha. Thanks
I've been on Repatha Sureclick (injectable) for approximately 4 months.

I've been on Repatha for quite a while now. Both my glucose (114) and trigs are high (300+). However, it has stabilized my cholesterol levels and before Repatha, my trigs averaged 1800+, so though it's still high, just the fact that it's 3 digits instead of 4 is a good thing. But I also have FH, so for me to expect normal lipid levels is not going to happen. I don't use sugar or sweeteners, so I'm not sure what the glucose is all about. And my GP is substandard, so he is of no help. There's so many diabetes patients in this area, I think he's become desensitized to the issue and my little 114 means nothing to him. Hope others reply, as I am curious what others have experienced on Repatha. It's a miracle drug for me.
