My refill prescription of 50mg sertraline wont be ready until Monday afternoon and I only have Sunday mornings dose left.
Will I relapse if I miss a dose?

I would take your Sunday morning dose as usual. Then take your Monday dose as soon as you pick up your meds. Then go back on schedule Tuesday. You will be fine.
