I'm on my fourth red pill now and I have yet to get my period. This is my first pill pack of Lutera. And on the 16th I had unprotected sex. Am I okay?
Red pill and no period?

You might have got you period by now... sometimes it can take a few days of taking the inert pills before your period will come.
If you haven't had a period this month, then it is common to have irregular cycles for at least 3 months when you start a new birth control pill. If you had taken all the active tablets properly for the whole month, and had unprotected sex on the 16th of January, you should have been contraceptively safe by then. But if you are still worried the best thing is to do a pregnancy test and eliminate any doubts.
