I was put on propranolol 10 mg yesterday because I get performance anxiety. I have a really important presentation tomorrow and I feel anxious not knowing the effects of this drug. I wish I was able to publicly speak or experiment with it way before tomorrow so I can know how well it will work and help with my performance anxiety. However, I do take Adderall, and I have a big concern here. I am very worried that Adderall would prevent propranolol from working. Adderall does increase heart rate, and Propranolol does the opposite. I don't know what to do. With Adderall, my heart rate doesn't really go up unless I am doing some kind of activity and I actually feel less worried and calm while its effects last. However, I don't know what to do with both of these meds. Please help. Tomorrow is very important for me and I am scared I would mess it up.

Propranolol peak plasma time is 1-4 hrs: meaning it should work right away to lessen your anxiety symptoms depends on your dose. If you have any questions, post here, okay?
And good luck on your presentation.
Take propranolol with food, so your body can easily absorb the medication.
