I took a Plan B on 11th (Sunday) and on the 14th (Wednesday) I had sex but I was ovulating according my Flo app. I was wondering if taking a Plan B way before your ovulation will it make your period later or still come at the time it’s supposed to?
Plan B, late ovulation, pregnancy?

No one knows how it will effect you. It might have delayed your ovulation, but there's no guarantee.
If you're looking for emergency contraception, the only emergency contraceptive pill proven can prevent pregnancy during the 24 hours around ovulation itself, is Ella (Ulipristal Acetate), & even that one isn't guaranteed.
Your other option, is to have a Paragard IUD fitted by a doctor, within 5 days/120 hours of the unprotected sex. That can prevent a pregnancy implanting, & be left in place for longer-term contraception.
IUDs can be painful, at first, for women who've never given birth.
As you think you'd already ovulated on Wednesday, it may be too late for any pill to help. I would consider using Ella (as you may not have ovulated yet) & an IUD, for your best chance of protection, in that situation.
