I am highly allergic to codeine so that limits the pain medications and so forth that a doctor can prescribe to me. I want to know if there are any pain medicines that I can take safely that do not contain codeine. Please help me out. Thanks

If your doctor knows you're allergic to codeine he isn't going to prescribe. Not alot of pain meds have codeine in them. The tylenol 2's and 3's do. What happens to you when you take codeine?
