With both being synthetic-based opioids, the only issue should be getting the appropriate starting dosage in regards to transitioning, which your Doctor will attend to as being paramount (i.e., most likely starting you at a slightly lower dose of the conversion medication), with him then titrating the dosage accordingly dependent on your feedback!
