On my Rx bottle, below hydrocodon-acetaminophen 5-500 Common Brand(s) it said... Please refer to Monograph. what is "Monograph" I have never seen that. thank you in advance for your imput

a drug monograph is detail information about a drug having definition, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, drug interaction and their side effects, especial consideration and their storage condition .

A drug monograph is a detailed explanation of a drug. It contains information about the structure, function, uses, dosing, mechanism of action, side effects, adverse effects, etc of the drug.
It is written for medical practitioners so it can be quite technical. Hope this helps.

Monographs is either the med is manufactured/made as per the guidelines written in the USP, BP or any other pharmacopeia.
