I’ve been given omeprazole 20 mg for suspected GORD, For the first week I was taking 40mg, 20mg in the morning and 20mg at night before taking the tablets i had stomach pains and bad indigestion and heart burn... I’ve been on the tablets for 2 weeks now and i have noticed slight improvements like the pains have went away but I still have slight indigestion and heart burn and I’m hoping it goes away after taking the omeprazole for another 2 weeks

After you take Omeprazole it should start working within an hour.

Hi, Ive been on it for 2 weeks and I’ve notice some improvement but does it get better the longer I take it?
