Olanzapine - how has Zyprexa worked out for anorexia, and have side effects been insignificant?

One of the very most significant side effects of Zyprexa is weight gain.
"Very common (10% or more of users): Weight gain/increased weight greater than/equal to 7% of baseline body weight (up to 89.4%)"
" Preliminary evidence supports the use of olanzapine for treatment of anorexia nervosa by demonstrating that olanzapine 2.5-15 mg daily promotes weight gain and has positive effects on associated psychological symptoms. "
This link shows the potential side effects of the drug but remember that they are potential and relatively uncommon except for the metabolic changes.
