I assume you're on a Reflux prescription and under a doctor's care. You should consult the doctor as to why you have lost weight. My thought is that you should gain weight back by eating your normal or new diet that avoids Reflux. I've had Reflux for 35 years. Supply more information or consult your doctor. My concern is that you're self-medicating using OTC Reflux medication and not realizing that the weight loss may not be related to Reflux at all. Again, need more information or consult your doctor.

After I got it, I used to eat only one type of food for a whole month, that's why I lost weight? Potatoes only because of the pain of swallowing?

You say, after I got it as if you diagnosed yourself. I'm guessing you're not seeing a doctor. You could have a sore throat or tonsillitis. Or I don't know what, I'm not a doctor. Self-medicating like you seem to be doing is not smart in my humble opinion. You must be eating soft, mashed potatoes for some time while things may be getting worse. If you're having trouble getting mashed potatoes down that's not good. I'd see a doctor or go to the ER (emergency room) they should take you regardless of insurance and cost. If your throat is no longer sore in anyway the problem may be over but you have to make sure, very sure that's the case. Are you back on a normal diet? If so, you should be having no pain and regaining weight in a normal way. Because you're looking for a POWDER it sounds like it is still painful. If so, you really need to see a professional.
