Clindamycin - For a 6 year old kid is it ok to open the capsule and mix powder with milk or powder?

Is it prescribed for the child? You can't mix it with a bowl of cereal.thats too much and the full dose might not be eaten. I wouldn't use milk either. You can put it in a spoonful of something like applesauce.
