Yes, you can. Nimesulide is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug and will give pain relief. However, you should be cautious because if the tooth will need to be extracted then taking this MAY cause extra bleeding.
You shouldn't take it if you are allergic to non-steroidal anti-inflammtory drugs or have medical conditions, which contraindicate it's use.
