Hello, since having my last child who’s now 7 I have non stop gained weight it’s really beginning to get me down and effect my marriage. I have been told my diet doesn’t seem to be the issue but yet the bigger I get, now I went to me GP and asked for help as I’m so unfit I worry for my children not having me as they grow if I don’t get some weight off. The GP said they are not licensed to prescribe orlistat but my nurse practitioner said it was fine to buy alli over the counter and it’s arriving tomorrow. Does it actually work? Advice reads change your diet along side it but when I googled suggestions of meals it said “breakfast- 2 slices of toast with low fat spread” I HAVE THAT ALREADY! Short of starving myself to death I’m struggling to see what I can change. I have been called up for some blood tests just to see if there’s anything causing the weight gain , I really really hope this works. How do you take and if you eat low fat is the oily stools difficult to live a normal life with….I don’t want to poop on the school run
New to Alli and a little anxious?

What is alli?
alli blocks some of the fat that you eat, keeping it from being absorbed by your body.
alli is used to aid in weight loss, or to help reduce the risk of regaining weight already lost. This medicine must be used together with a reduced-calorie diet. Orlistat is for use only in adults.
Xenical is the prescription-strength form of orlistat. The alli brand of orlistat is available without a prescription.
