Natural medicine for BMS?

I do not know of any particular natural medicine that works for BMS. I have noticed that taking a good quality B vitamin complex has helped my mouth to hurt less. I also suffer from Acid Reflux and keeping that under control goes a long way in helping my mouth to stop hurting. I hope this information helps you .
