I take naproxen twice a day & had to take a drug test for a job I was applying for . I showed up positive for marijuana but I don't smoke so could the medication give a false reading for THC?
Can naproxen give false reading for THC ?

I've been testing myself for months for thc been clear for 3 weeks this week I tested myself again after i started using my neproxcin for shoulder pain I'm now showing positive on my tests what can I do about this
I agree with Stephen, those cheap tests are notorious for false positives. They should always retest positives with GC/MS (gas chromatography/mass spectometry) test. This would rule out a false positive test. Request that they retest using GC/MS if you can-it is a bit more expensive though so not sure if they will but they might (they really should to be fair)
Naproxen is known for triggering a false positive for THC in those cheap urine tests that companies regularly use.
