My daughter showed positive results for marijuana on a urine drug test. The only meds that she took prior to the test was naproxen.
Can naproxen cause a false positive on a urine drug test?

Myself and a friend had only took it and we both tested positive for benzodiazepines which neither of us took.
Urine tests are very unreliable, and I personally think it should not be used if the doc is going to take any action on it without doing a better test. Naproxen and the other NSAIDS can cause false positives for amphetamines and THC. If other tests done were as unreliable, they wouldn't use them at all
Simple answer is NO... THC is the only thing that would make it a positive for marijuana.
well my doctor said yes and the only thing found in a blood test was the naproxen that caused the false positive.
