i know you have to be off opiods for 7 days before start of naltrexone but if i had a tooth extraction and was injected with septocaine? is that okay?

Would you mind saying if you are on LDN (low dose naltrexone) for the treatment of fibromyalgia? I have read that it works really well and have been searching for an MD who will prescribe it. I think you start at about 4-5 mgs. Thanks.
