I need a breast biopsy; I assume under a local anesthesia. Will my taking naltrexone interfere with my ability to get numb with a local?

"Naltrexone does not block aspirin, acetaminophen, or NSAIDs, including ibuprofen and naproxen sodium. It does not block the effects of local anesthetics such as lidocaine or general (nonopioid) anesthetics."
