I think you will be fine. I think you would feel worse if you had missed a dose rather than the other way round. People do take higher doses than you are on now so don't worry.

You should be ok, You can take that much a day. You might notice an increase in side effect today.

Ok thank you!
I know some people take 300mg daily but it just concerns me jumping up that high in dose
