It seens that if I don't count my lyrica at the pharmacy I run short sometimes.
Does anyone know if Gabapentin can be used if i run out of Lyrica?

Indeed you cannot take both at the same time.
You must be weaned from one to start the other. So count your pills before you get your prescription from your MD to make sure you have enough and if needed, ask for another prescription.
You know I took both for a while but they are not they same! Lyrica is a more concentrated form of Neurontin, so what you were taking with Lyrica is not the same as what you would take with Neurontin.
DO NOT TRY TAKE CHANGE THE TWO!!!
