Is loratadine 10mg pill the same thing as a claritin D?

Claritin D is loratadine and pseudoephedrine,
Pill imprint L612 has been identified as Loratadine 10 mg. so they are similar but not the same as Claritin D contains pseudoephedrine also.
They both have the same active ingredients which makes the basically the same thing. It's the other ingredients that make them different.
