take them both at the same time? Are they as good as dextromaphetamine 10mg. Pharmacy gave me them instead of the dextromaphetamine. They are tablets.

Generic Adderall (aka amphetamine salts) should start working within 30-60 minutes.
If you take 2 pills at the same time, it won't last as long as taking them a few hours apart.
Dextroamphetamine is slightly stronger, but it's about 3x more expensive.
