I agree, you want to take it about an hour before bedtime. That way you don't lay there and keep worrying about if its going to work.

Hi, the longer you are on the medication, the better the effect will be. You should start noticing the benefits pretty quickly however, and it should work pretty well after a week on the medication. I don't know if your doctor has advised you about what time of day to take the medication? If not i would advise taking it an hour before you go to bed

Does everyone gain weight? I just got a new wardrobe from my last gain. I am 5'5" and weigh 145. I do not need weight. If it just gives you the munchies, I can deal with that. I hope it helps panic attacks.
