I was just put on this medicine today and I suffer from insomnia. How many minutes will it take for it to help me sleep?
How long as in minutes does it take mirtazapine 15 mg tablets to work?

I taking lowest dose and 3.5 hrs later I’m tossing and turning not asleep! Feel awful all day I swear the Dr is trying to send me over edge with not sleeping!

I took it for 10 years, kicked in within 20 minutes.

Hello! It depends on how quickly your metabolism absorbs the medication... generally 15-30 minutes.
