I’ve forgotten if I’ve taken my mirtazapine because I take so many different tablets and I was too lazy to sort them all out like I usually do, definitely regretting that now, they help me sleep so I was wondering if I can take another or if that’s dangerous? I should say I’m anorexic so I don’t really know if they has any factor on if I can take another or not
What shall I do if I forgot if I’ve taken my mirtazapine (15mg)?

Hi, Sophie! The best thing is to just skip taking another dose even if you can't remember if you took it or not. As joet said the half life is so long that you should be fine.

Hi, I’m not sure if I understand you correctly but you’ve forgotten if you have taken it or not, if it’s only once The half-life of mirtazapine ranges from 20 to 40 hours they have a long half life so I’m sure it should it be good until the following dose.
