You listed anxiety as one of your issues. I also have that along with horrible, horrible insomnia. The worst part is lying there and knowing that if you do not get a good nights sleep, the next day is going to be very painful. It turns into a viscous cycle. I would add some benadryl and/or melatonin to your night time meds. I was on Lunest for years and it did not help me sleep as much as I would have thought it would. My daughter said I spent two hours a night talking to myself in my bedroom. It caused me to sleepwalk and I fell down my apartment stairs at 3:30 in the morning dislocating my elbow and breaking my Ulna. I needed a plate and 4 screws. Anyway, I had my Psychiatrist swap out the Lunesta with two Valium 5 mgs and it has been a life saver. I take those, my Neurontin, a Zanaflex (muscle relaxer) and Benadryl and sleep like a baby. This has been the best mix that has worked for me. I hope you are able to figure it out and get some good sleep. We so desperately need it.
