Hi, Bishop!
Has there been any situation or circumstance in your life that may be triggering your anxiety? You might want to talk to your doctor about a possible increase even if it's temporary... the therapeutic range for Zoloft is 50-200mg/day so you have plenty of room to tweak your dosage.
Best regards and I hope you're feeling better quickly.

WildcatVet, yes there has been things that I think are triggering my anxiety right now. I have Crohn's disease and recently increased my infusion dates from every 8 weeks to every 6 weeks and I have been having bad diarrhea for awhile. I also just had an anxiety attack last week too.
Would you consider "talk" therapy like CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy)? It could give you some insights to better ways of dealing with anxieties and is often used as an adjunct to medications.
Would you consider a short time with talk therapy (cognitive behavioural therapy)? It could help you better deal with your stresses and learn ways to reduce your response to the triggers in your life.
