I take 7 paracetamol tablet in 5 minutes to ease my headache is it safe?

Hello, no! This really isn't safe! Please don't do this anymore. You should never take more than 2 paracetamol at a time and this dose should be taken no more often than at 2 hourly intervals. You maximum dosage in 24 hours is recommended to be 8 tablets. You can try a combination of paracetamol and ibuprofen quite safely, so 2 paracetamol and 400mg of ibuprofen together, with the 4 hour periods in between. Just check with your dr/pharmacist that ibuprofen are OK for you to take.
