You can take paracetamol with the naproxen, but you can't take the ibuprofen with the naproxen. Ibuprofen and naproxen are NSAID's (non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs). These medicines should never be taken together. Paracetamol (Acetaminophen) is ok to take with NSAID's. Naproxen is a 12 hour medicine so taking acetaminophen in between doses of naproxen can help the pain until your next dose of naproxen.

Sergent; even at that if you're having to take the Paracetamol with either one of the others to much then you should check with the doctor it really is not advised to take it on a regular basis with the NSAID'S you may need to try something else.if you have to do this on a regular basis.
