Actually this has a lot of other info one would need to answer:
How much you use and how often, what opiate you are referring to would be good information to help.
If you went out and sniffed Heroin one night and it was your first ever then in 3 days you are clean as a whistle.
HOWEVER if you are an active addict and you are sniffing dope daily a few times a day supporting a full on habit, well you can look at possibly 2 weeks maybe more to get it all out your system and that is IF you kick the habit and can stay off it.
Here is a table that can help but these answers are for a casual every now and then I did a bag once every few months type stuff

The elimination of Oxycontin may be variable due to its slow release profile.
However Oxycontin has an apparent elimination half-life of 4.5 hours compared to 3.2 hours for immediate-release oxycodone.
It takes about 5.5 x elimination half life for a medicine to be cleared from ones system so it may take 24.75 or 25 hours (5.5 x 4.5 hours) for Oxycontin to be cleared from your system.
