if someone used meth for 7 days in a row about .25 grams a time, female, 185 pounds drinks alot of water. How long would it take to be clean enough to pass a drug test?

A question like that is impossible to give a definitive answer to. Some Drug tests are more sensitive than others. I’ve personally tested positive for Methamphetamine at my Suboxone doctor a week after I used it, but I’ve passed my random drug screen for my employer 4 days after I stopped using it.
But the whole reason I’m responding is to just to address the moron who already tried answering this question and wrote a paragraph about methadone like they were some sort of expert! If I learned anything from his response it is how drugs can make you prone to posting long ignorant comments on the World Wide Web.
To be clear Meth which is short for methamphetamine is not the same thing as Methadone. In fact it isn’t even close. The first 4 letters are the only thing these two things have in common. This question is obviously about methamphetamine because methadone doesn’t get prescribed or sold on the street to anyone as grams! It’s milligrams! Also nobody calls methadone meth, or methadone clinics meth clinics .

Drinking lots of water is great..BUT METHADONE enters your cells. It's unlike heroin which leaves your body in days. Methadone lingers..I would say a good 2 weeks. i could be wrong. I was on a meth clinic for 5 years..OF PURE HELL. DO NOT GO DOWN THIS ROAD. I relapsed for 2 weeks.. & was really frightened of my unexpected relapse. I always heard about meth..& decided to give it a try. WRONG CHOICE. Sweating all day & all night, constipation, no sex drive, no period, just a walking zombie really. Those meth clinics are run by the most undesirable people who made me feel degraded and it was just a horrible experience. I THANK GOD everyday i am done with that clinic. I can finally feel again, smell again & not have to be bound by the chains of a poorly run substandard meth clinic that exposed everyone there to a very toxic, unsafe environment. I could go on & on..Please don't go to a meth clinic. STOP NOW..answer, 2 WEEKS.
