EX: Increased risk of fractures upon discontinuation.
Only been on Prolia for a year and a half , will it make it easier to discontinue before on it longer?
I have upcoming surgery's , one on my foot , and a complicated surgery on spine and L3, L4, L5.

You need to taper off Prolia, with a biophosphate. The rebound is often quick. Remember you have only increased the density in your bone, not new bone. There is a very high risk of fracture unless you are monitored with blood work and given a biophosphate. You cannot just stop Prolia.
