Me and my girlfriend we had sex two weeks ago, the first time we having sex the condom slip and ended up inside her, we stop and threw it away, I didn’t ejaculate In that condom, I got a new one and ended up ejaculating on that one I took it off and threw it away, now the after that we did it again and once again the condom slip off and ended up inside her, I didn’t ejaculate on that condom either we threw it away and I didn’t get to finish and we stop. Is there a way she can be pregnant? Cause of the two condoms that ended up inside her?

Yes, she can certainly become pregnant from that.
There's a study you can get the details of online, by Human Fertility.
Basically, the study found that some men have sperm in their precum, & others don't. Of those men who do have sperm in their precum, it is always there, regardless of whether they urinate before sex or in between sex, after each ejaculation.
There is approximately 1 week in your girlfriend's menstrual cycle (from period to period) when she is fertile & can become pregnant. It's the day she ovulates (releases an egg), & the week leading up to ovulation (up to a week).
If she was approaching ovulation, then pregnancy is possible. It's not as likely as if you'd ejaculated inside of her, but still possible.
If either of you carry an STD, it could have been passed to the other when the condom slipped off.
Some STDs can be carried by virgins, & some without symptoms for some time.

There are ways to stop condoms slipping off or breaking. Do an internet search on correct condom use.
Things like always removing the condom if you start to go soft & lose your erection, & changing it for a new condom when you regain an erection, always holding the base of the condom on your penis as you withdraw from your partner, to stop it slipping off, & always nipping the end couple of centimeters of the condom tip shut, to stop any air getting trapped inside, as you role the condom onto the penis.

I only edjucated once, after I got a new condom and I ejaculated in that one, both the time it slip I didn’t ejaculated on either one of them, obviously it had precum, I just wanted to know if she can get pregnant with the condoms ending up insider her, I never ejaculated inside her without condoms!
