What do I do? I take gabapentin, one pill 3 times a day and Depakote at bedtime. Now I have Latuda and have to take 1/2 twice a day with meals. How should I do this?

If the same Dr. prescribed the 3 meds to you, I suggest you take them as prescribed. Your Dr. most likely knows the risks involved regarding potential interactions and has outweighed that the benefits are greater than the potential risks and would not put you in harms way.
If the meds were prescribed by more than 1 Dr. and he/she is not aware of the other meds you are on, do not take them until you talk to him/her and inform them about all the meds you are on.
