Hi, Meljerome!
This is what we often call the "roller coaster" phase and it's weird but completely normal. It simply means that the medication is starting to work but isn't fully effective yet. Since you've been taking it already for 2 weeks this should resolve pretty quickly now. I'd give it another week and see how you're doing. If you're still having more bad days than good let your doctor know.
Hang in there... you'll get stabilized soon. Be patient and continue to take the medication as prescribed.

Thank you for your feedback. That’s what my doctor said to wait it out. I will even out. She wants to increase in on Friday to 30mg I think I’m gonna stay on 20 mg for a bit until the anxiety subsides. It does help reading other peoples stories and I’m not alone. Thank you
