Several years ago I needed to travel while on Praluent injections. The manufacturer sent me an insulated carrying case. I have since seen similar products offered online at Amazon for diabetics etc. It does require that you have access to freezer for the small ice pack, and then a place to refrigerate the medication when you arrive. I was told to take a doctor's note and the RX container to show to TSA etc. If traveling within the U.S., you can have your RX transferred to a pharmacy at your location and arrange to get your prescription ready for you there.
