Escitalopram. I was on fluoxetine for ten years and now switched to Nexito Forte. Is this advisable?

If this is what your doctor advises. The Nexito contains clonazepam, a benzodiazepine, which acts like a mild sedative to help control symptoms immediately whereas the escitalopram will act long term like the fluoxetine.
Take this medication exactly as directed as clonazepam is addictive when misused or abused.
