Escitalopram - I have een on escitaloprám for 10 weeks - 15mg for the last 5 weeks.

I was on this combo, I didn't get any help from the Escitalopram at 20mg for Twelve months but because my sleep has been so poor I pushed up to 60mg of Mirtazapine. Sleep still eludes me but I feel that my depression has been under control from within two weeks of reaching 60mg Mirtazapine. I have since gone of the Escitalopram. It took me a long time to find anything that dealt with my depression but I welcome the reprieve.
