There are a few factors affecting dosage so it would be best to get this information from your doctor.
I definitely agree.
If you haven't taken it before you will be fine on 10mg. After a while it takes me about 20-40mg. Take it 2 hours before bed for a good sleep. I take it for pain, but the sedation does work well.
