Does tramadol show up on a drug test and how long does it take to get out of your system?

No. It will not show up on a drug test. It's not a controlled substance either. There may be a chance in the future that it will become a controlled substance. Not today though. It will stay in your system for approximately 6.3 hours to 7.4 hours so it should be out of your system within 14.8 hours. Remember that's the approximate amount, it differs from person to person. No, it doesn't show up on a tox screen, but in at least two states it has become a schedule IV controlled substance. One of those states is Tennessee, and the second one escapes me at the moment. But I think in the near future, you will see that spread nationwide.

yes it does show up on drug screens now... i do drug screening and receive them back and yes it does show up now.
